Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of websites, applications, software and services provided by UIBEAST LLC.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing our websites or using our applications, software or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. Additional terms may apply to a specific product and, where they conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product.

2. Definitions

  • Company means UIBEAST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
  • Apps and Software means mobile applications, web applications, SaaS platforms and downloadable tools published by the Company.
  • Store Transactions means purchases of digital or physical products through a commerce service operated by the Company.

3. Apps and software licence

Subject to these terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use its Apps and Software for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from the Apps and Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company or its licensors.

Applications distributed through an application store are also subject to that store’s terms, and the store operator handles billing, receipts and store-level refunds for those purchases.

4. Accounts

Where a service requires an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks or data.
  • Interfere with the operation of the services, including through automated abuse, excessive load or malicious code.
  • Remove or obscure proprietary notices.

6. Store transactions

Where the Company offers products for sale, prices, availability and product descriptions may change before an order is accepted. An order is accepted when the Company confirms it.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Refunds and cancellations for such transactions are governed by our Refund Policy and, where applicable, the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. These store terms are separate from the licence terms that apply to Apps and Software.

7. Third-party services and links

Our services may link to or rely on third-party services. The Company does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

8. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars where no payment was made.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if these terms are breached, if required by law, or where necessary to protect the services or other users. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to the services and terms

We may modify the services and these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
